Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns of products that are unopened and undamaged within 14 days of receipt.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Rich Roots in the event of a return. Those estimates can be given with an email to info@myrichroots.com

Returns must have clear return address, packing requires padding and wrapping of the product to avoid breaks and damages.

Return payments will be processed to go back to same method of payment originally used within 2 days upon receiving the returned items in good condition.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase due to extremely fast shipping times. After 24 hours, the sale is final and we cannot cancel your order.

If your order is incorrect, you are entitled to be refunded fully or you can choose to have the missing item(s) reshipped to you.
