Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, and shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer standard shipping, which typically takes 3-5 business days, and expedited shipping, which takes 1-2 business days. International shipping may take longer, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Rich Roots LLC is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If you have any issues with your shipment, please contact us at info@myrichroots.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Tracking:

Tracking information is sent once your order is being prepared. Your order is scanned once it is dropped off to the carrier.

If you have not received your tracking information, do not be alarmed. It is not sent immediately. 

If your tracking link shows no progress, please email info@myrichroots.com and we will locate your order.
